In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of the leading air travel apps on the Android platform in Lithuania showcased varied trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at the top five apps.

Ryanair experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at 762 in early October and dropping to 526 by the end of December. The app maintained a steady number of weekly active users, fluctuating between approximately 15K to 17K throughout the quarter.

The airBaltic app saw a significant spike in weekly downloads, peaking at 1.9K in the week of October 21, before declining to 212 by the end of December. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, with numbers rising to 4.6K mid-quarter before stabilizing around 3.3K.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker showed a consistent revenue stream, peaking at $191 in mid-November. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable increase to 811 in late December. Active users varied widely, with a low of 1.8K in November and a rise to 3.9K by the end of December.

Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save maintained a relatively stable download rate, averaging around 250 weekly, with a slight dip mid-December. Active users increased from 3.7K in early November to 5.6K by mid-December, before slightly dropping towards the end of the quarter.

Finally, SAS – Scandinavian Airlines experienced low but steady download numbers, ranging from 45 to 150 weekly. Active users remained constant, hovering around 200 throughout the quarter.
